Hadva has more than 30 years experience in the healthcare industry as a CEO, facility owner/executive, clinical provider and eldercare consultant. During her career she has developed, owned and managed numerous eldercare facilities, departments and hospital programs to meet the special needs of the growing geriatric population.

     For a decade she founded and served as Administrator of Executive Home Care in Woodland Hills, California. As a registered dietitian, she has served as clinical director for a 200-bed nursing and rehabilitation facility in Los Angeles. In addition, Hadva founded Executive referral and placement service for Senior to assist in best placing seniors in the best facilities available that meet the needs of the seniors.

     She has extensive experience, knowledge and insights consulting with numerous Convalescent, Nursing Homes, Assisted Living, and Board and Care Facilities in California and nationally. She has developed large eldercare networks, relationships and contracts with facilities and administrators to represent and market their facilities.

      Hadva is a licensed Administrator, Care Facility for the Elderly by the State of California, Department of Social Services.
